Despite losing six players to suspension, Paradise defeated West Valley HS tonight 28-13. Three long runs from scrimmage, and a long pick six accounted for all of Paradise's scores. West Valley scored twice late in the 4th quarter to make the game seem a little closer than it was.

Happy for the Bobcats. What a story it will be of they end up earning a trip to the Regionals and State games. Gotta beat a very good Sutter team this week for section though. They’re gonna need those 6 players back to have a shot.

Great article! Also unofficially(I won't know for sure until the game stats on maxpreps come out) Tyler has 2387 yards and 29 touchdowns with 14.8 yards per carry!
This Sutter game will be a battle for sure but I think Paradise might be able to pull it. I thought it was going to be a close game with West Valley BEFORE the suspensions then after they happened I would have bet anyone Paradise was losing but after seeing them go up 28-0 at one point it gives me tremendous hope for the Sutter game

First underclassmen to lead the team in carries, kid is special. Not to mention the sophomore class has won 40 straight games+2 straight D1 state championships+winning the natty in the Vegas tournament. It is entirely possible the the bobcats are even better next year and the year after
I know of another team who had messages written with feces inside the girl showers. Something to the tune of “ shitty day to be a ******* .” Go Paradise!

The rest was much worse in deed. Sutter has a great program but there is no need for sledgehammers and fecal messages in lockerooms. I believe Paradise wins this one by two scores and proceeds to thump the likes of the Santa Cruz Surfers. Sure would of been fun to see a Paradise/HMB regional game GOTF.
2 scores? Shit maybe, I though West Valley was going to be close. Sutter is still the favorite imo, Sutter has one loss but it is to top 100 CN and they beat Chico by 40
