Watsonville 7:30PM- Alisal was "upset" last week they need to win to keep playoff chances alive. Alisal 24-14

Carmel at
North Salinas 7:30PM
@ Rabobank Stadium-NS may slow Carmel down, but that Padre D is really good. Carmel wins 30-6

Aptos at
Christopher 7:30PM- This may be a trap game for the Mariners, Christopher is not great, but they are not bad. This could be closer then people think. Aptos pulls away late 34-28

Soledad at
Scotts Valley 7:30PM- Soledad program is not in a good place right now. SV 28-0

San Lorenzo Valley at
Monterey 7:30PM- Biggest game of the week in the PCAL leagues. Monterey laid an egg in barely beating a bad PG game. SLV needs to win out to secure a playoff spot. I am taking the home team. Monterey 24-23.

King City at
Pacific Grove 7:30PM- Old MTAL rivalry. KC wins 21-14

Salinas at
Gilroy 7:30PM - Gilroy just wants the season to end. Cowboys cruise 42-0

@ Salinas High- Palma being the home team at Salinas just seems wrong. They will still win easily, but it just seems wrong. Palma 32-7

This is about how bad Salinas and Palma beat the Spartans. Hollister is not as good as Palma or Salinas. 'Balers 35-17.

This is a "pick your number" game for Salinas. The only thing that would prevent the Cowboys from hitting 50 or 60 is that the coaching staff tends to call off the dogs early. Salinas 47-0.

1. I know Hollister is not as good as Salinas or Palma, but Seaside is just not good this year. I picked that score more of a reflection of how bad Seaside is, not how good Hollister is.

2. Yes I did say the same thing prior to Salinas game. (Honored you actually remembered). This game could be a bit of a trap for Aptos with 2 big games coming up. If Aptos stays focused they will cruise if they look ahead, Christopher may be able to keep it close.
