I was at Hardwood Palace last weekend to watch my niece play and saw this little blond point guard for a team called Velocity. Not sure where they're from but this little gal had the most amazing court vision, ball handling and passing skills I've ever seen at the 7th grade level. She was diving all over the court for every loose ball and could blow by people off the dribble. If there is anyone out there who has seen her before and knows if she plays in tourneys often, she is really worth watching. Her defensive stance and off the ball help was so beyond her age. What an enjoyable athlete to watch. Wish I knew her name but I'll watch for Velocity in future tournaments.
