Our championship round was very exciting. All 5 games were challenging and entertaining.
Once again DLS pulls out a win in the latter part of the game to earn another regional championship.
In this championship round, the CCS section went from being the best performer to having the greatest amount of losses. In fact the only championship win was from a game guaranteed with both competitors being from the CCS section. And the other CSS teams spread the love around losing to NCS, NS and SJS section teams.
The NCS section ends with the most teams winning a championship and also being the highest percentage of wins. Both DLS and Rancho Cotate gain that distinction.
Etna wins the D5 championship and becomes the first team from the NS section to win a title in history of the regional games.
