Can anyone verify that the top scorer at Franklin High - Elk Grove has transferred to Brookside Christian?

Not sure if she was a top scorer but i was informed that a major player from franklin elk grove transferred to BC. She will be eligible after the 30 day sit out period.

This transfer has been blocked by Franklin-Elk Grove. Player never moved from Elk Grove and there is no viable "academic" reason for transfer. 1 year sit-out at best.
