Are these pretty accurate in your opinion? Antelope seems low same with Vanden but these guys watch and know way more than I do about the hoops out that way.

I'd put Vanden 3. They have a strong strength of schedule and don't have a bad loss like Del Oro has.

Antelope is super hard to rank becuase they are a different team going forward with Mary Carter.

Looking at Antelope's schedule so far on MaxPreps, they deserve to be where they are ranked. They did beat #9 Christian Brothers on 12/2 (1st official game of season), but also lost to #18 St. Francis on 12/10. They may move up now that their star transfer is eligible to play, but so many games are being cancelled due to Covid, this basketball season could be shortened.

As for Vanden, based on their record and schedule ONLY, I would place them as #2, #3 or #4. Vanden beat San Ramon Valley, Sacred Heart Cathedral, Piedmont and Lynwood. But there is always a favorable bias towards Sierra Foothill League teams because it is the most competitive and strongest league in the Sac-Joaquin Section in EVERY sport (Folsom, Oak Ridge, Del Oro, Granite Bay, Rocklin, Whitney--all affluent areas). #5 Vista del Lago (in Folsom) did beat Oak Ridge, but Oak Ridge revenged that loss later. Vista del Lago is a "fairly" new school in Folsom (2009-10 had all 9-12 grades open), located between Folsom High and Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills), and will dominate their league for years to come (Division 3), until it grows larger and "should eventually" get realigned to the Sierra Foothill League because their school boundry has new, growing, affluent neighborhoods.

That is a great in depth write up. Thanks for doing that. I get the point on Antelope they don't get to move up just because their stud is playing but they will move up here soon I would think. I really really want to see both Folsom and Laguna matchup against a top team from the NCS or CCS soon. That will give me a better feel on the open division for NorCal this year. (Assuming it happens. Starting to think they will take this year from the kids soon again).
NCS: CLET, Salesian, Bishop O
CCS: Mitty, Pinewood, SI
SJS: SMS, Folsom
8 team bracket no clear cut favorite. Great tournament.
