Next up, Lincoln of Stockton vs. Pleasant Valley of Chico. Lincoln is ranked #41 in CA, and comes off at 12-point loss to the rejuvenated Modesto Christian last nith…

PV is ranked #74 in the state, and beat Enterprise of Reddin Thursday 58-54.

This one is rather a contrast of styles, but I have an idea Lincoln should prevail…. But I think it’ll be a tough battle overall.

PV leads 15-12 after one quarter, game playing out a lot like I thought it would, Lincoln trying to speed PV up, and PV not letting them do so, playing smart and under control.

I don’t have the scores, but the designated home team won all four of the earlier games…. Those are:

SPSV over Antioch, Cosumnes Oaks over Benicia (uspsetcity.com must be here somewhere), El Camino over Cornerstone Christian, and Lincoln over Davis.

If the MaxPreps ranking are accurate, this should be a heck of a battle…. Inderkum is #23, Capital Christian #25.
