Stonebarger Tournament - Liberty High School

The Stonebarger Tournament will start this Thursday, Dec 8th. I am not familiar with a lot of these teams and am looking for insight from those who know them better. Who are the favorite(s)? Who are the dark horses? Are there any standout players I can anticipate watching?

Saw Liberty yesterday. Really like Quinton Bundage (Riordan transfer). Good on-ball defender and smart shot selection. Julian Costa is a gifted scorer.

It can be hard to focus on the players when their parents are so obnoxious, though.

I was sorry to see Quinton Bundage transfer. I really liked his overall game at pg. I get it that he wanted more playing time as PG is now crowded at Riordan with King, freshman Andrew Hilman and jr Kiwi Kaia Berridge. Bundage will definitely help out Liberty!

Caden Pinnick made his season debut tonight in a 73-51 win over Bella Vista and hit his first five shots. I don't think Jaylen Hawkins or Tommy Poe will be back until at least next week.

Great championship game today. Liberty 72 Del Oro 68 in overtime! Bundage had 26 and was tournament MVP. Caden Pinnick had 32 for Del Oro.
