Cincy is definitely a mid major. UConn is now back in the Big East but UConn was the only major program in the AAC. Now at least they have to DePaul in their old "new" conference. But despite UConn being a powerhouse that isn't what defines a conference as major and mid mayor or small D1

Similar argument on the boys side that Gonzaga is a high major program but the rest of the WCC is mid-major level
