Mississippi St. is ahead of UConn 36-28 at halftime in the national semifinals, threatening their record winning streak. Should be an interesting second half.
darn underachieversOr maybe another prima dona coach
Taken down!!!! What a great year for
The women's game!!!!!
Big time flop.. That would have been a tough way to lose.Jazz- What is your bitch with Gino? Did he refuse to give you a table in his gym as well?
KLS was always well known for her flopping. LOL A timely flop also had a significant effect on the SC- FS outcome.
Basketball game out comes are a sport more dictated by Timing and Matchups than any other sport. Miss. State had the matchup factor in their favor and it seems that the Timing factor also played out well for them on that day. The timing factor being the variables that change from game to game and day to day. Hot or cold shooting, officiating, injuries, coaching brain freezes, etc.
Yes creating a pipeline is a huge thingAnd how is it that UConn starts with two or three of the best players? Isn't that part of coaching in college?
I am taking about a pipeline year after year....like 10 years or more in a row....
Geno....has that at UCONN
You took the words right out of my mouth. Rooting for the underdog does not mean you have to hate those that have succeeded. Hey I am glad that Uconn lost, but I still recognize that their success did not come with out hard work and effort. Truly life is not always fair but it is a mistake to assume that success always comes via an unfair advantage.Jazz loves the underdogs, an American tradition -- but adds to that familiar refrain hating the overdog, which seems unnecessary.
