For mem, it is surprising but not totally unexpected. Benicia has been up and down despite their talent. Nice win for Las Lomas, which played San Ramon Valley tough earlier this year
Congrats to Rancho. I think they have a strong case for #1 seed in NCS D2 with consecutive week wins over newman and Windsor. Def no worse than #2 and a potential showdown with SRV would be cool.
Honestly, the NBL Oaks could have Rancho, Windsor, and newman playing for NCS champ games.

i don’t think it’s an MC thing, not sure the formal talks of a football only league in the North Bay where MC was scared ? Maybe that’s been the case not sure ……but their non conference over the years doesn’t show them to be afraid of playing team in Sonoma County
Yeah I’ve never heard of it being an mc thing either. They’ve always had good success against Sonoma and Napa county. I do like the idea. Sure Beats what happens now
