Bellarmine - Vanden Game called with 1:13 remaining

So watched a good portion of game last night with Bells leading heading to 4th quarter 35-3 over Vanden. A safety and 2 TD's led to 18 unanswered points by Vanden to make the score 35-21.
According to The Mercury News:
"As the game headed toward its conclusion frustration boiled over on the Vanden side and the head official called a halt, signaling the game was over with 1:13 left on the clock." And game ended 35-21.

Anyone know what happened to prematurely call an end to the game?

Sounds like the typical stuff. A few late hits, etc, so the refs decided to wrap it up instead of going through the kneeldowns and such.
