And, to think, Edelman's junior season at Woodside was cut short by a players/coaches dispute that deteriorated into an administrative decision to terminate the season early. His senior season turned out to be a spotless record and CCS title. The rest is history.

Great story, actually got to see him play in high school as a senior. And an incredible beard, too!

Damon Bruce was just talking about Edelman and how the PED suspension might have been the best thing that happened to him after the injury last season. It kept him fresh for the 2nd half of the season and into the playoffs. He was about the only thing working on offense for either team last night.
