Apparently this weekend there is an All-Star tournament in HAwaii and an All-Star team comprised of some NCS athletes are one of the teams. Some names that stood out on the team were Jordan Parker, Gio Faulo, Charlie Ramirez, Kobie Bletram, and Joe Sweeney. The game is airing online on Saturday I guess. Says it is through Junior Prep Sports out of Hawaii. Norcal team plays America Samoa today. Pitt's coaches are coaching the NorCal team.

Palo Alto overcame a nine point halftime deficit to beat Los Gatos in the De Anza Division. Jack Simison had 19 points for Palo Alto. Dylan Belquist had 13 points for Los Gatos.

Drake beat Marin Catholic 76-64 on Tuesday. Brandon Vergara had 36 points and Skylar Chavez had 29 points.

Joey Calcaterra had 26 points for Marin Catholic, who is the favorite in the MCAL.

At Las Positas today. Brookside Christian leads Salesian 33-32 at halftime.

Angel Jackson is going to be very good. Already looks comfortable around the basket. Aarion McDonald impacts the game so much for Brookside through scoring and loading up the opponent in fouls.

Sabrina Ionescu had 39 points, seven rebounds, eight assists and 10 steals in a 89-34 win over Acalanes.

Being reported that 2017 stud power forward Ira Lee has left Sierra Canyon and will enroll at Justin Siena and play for Prolific Prep... Lee has Norcal ties already as he's played for the Oakland Soldiers the last couple summers...

Interesting this happens the day after Bagley transfers into Sierra Canyon.. although I doubt Bagley ever gets cleared by CIF (no chance this year)...

Was reported on school tweet that Chris Cameron has retired after 22 years as head football coach of Hollister High School.Bryan Smith was announced as the new head coach. Smith, a Baler alumni, was offensive coordinator under Cameron.
