20. Jaythn Long 5-foot-11, 160 pounds WR Lincoln-Stockton (SACRAMENTO STATE)

The Sacramento State commit attacks the defense with short catch and run plays as well as staying vertical and getting past the defense. As a junior, he had 536 receiving yards at more than 17 yards per reception.

19. Tyrone Jackson 6-foot-3, 180 pounds WR Riordan

Jackson is the top rated senior for what is a talented Crusaders’ roster. He has four Pac-12 offers from Oregon, Oregon State, Utah and Washington State. He has good size, is a fluid route runner and has the explosion to create separation.

18. Kayo Patu 6-foot-1, 165 pounds ATH Capital Christian (ARIZONA)

Patu’s athleticism is on full display at wide receiver and defensive back, but his future looks to be on the defensive side of the ball. As a junior, he had eight pass breakups and three interceptions. He committed to Arizona in June and will team with his brother, Orin, in Tucson.

17. Devin Green 5-foot-11, 200 pounds ATH Grant (UNLV)

Green is the latest two-way standout, but looks to be a college running back over strong safety. Playing at Sheldon last season, Green had more than 1,000 total yards with 16 touchdowns on 123 touches. He is a patient runner with vision, but also gets to top speed quickly after his initial cut.

16. Phoenix Rose 6-foot-0, 170 pounds DB Whitney

Rose is comfortable playing on the outside whether it is tracking a receiver, following the action off the ball or covering ground for a late pass breakup. He finished his junior campaign with 11 pass breakups. Arizona, Cal, Washington State and San Diego State are his top four schools.

15. Sosefo Akuila 6-foot-3, 230 pounds LB Tennyson

Akuila has good size and runs well to cause havoc around the line of scrimmage. He can also drop into pass coverage too. He was previously at Fremont-Oakland. He has Pac-12 offers from Cal, Arizona and Washington State.

14. Jalen Harris 6-foot-0, 170 pounds RB Berkeley

Harris had 11 total touchdowns last year as a runner, pass catcher and kick returner. He is a shifty back but also has very good speed to be a home run threat. He has been offered by Cal, Columbia and San Jose State.

13. Justin Hylkema 6-foot-8, 315 pounds OL Wilcox (ARIZONA)

The Wilcox star lineman committed to Arizona in June over other Pac-12 offers from Cal and Washington State. Hylkema has excellent size but also doesn’t play too high. He is a very physical tackle who stays with his blocks throughout the play.

12. Trevor Rogers 6-foot-3, 200 pounds WR Acalanes (CALIFORNIA)

Rogers is our biggest riser in this edition of the rankings and is proving to be a good pickup for the hometown Bears. He is coming off a productive junior season when he finished with 58 catches for 1,120 yards and 15 touchdowns. He routinely challenged defenses with his size and speed.

11. Ikinasio Tupou 6-foot-6, 290 pounds OL Palo Alto

Tupou has visited Arizona, Utah and BYU heading into his senior year. He has good size and strength and plays with a mean streak. He also showed off more of his athleticism playing defensive end and containing action.
