All NorCal Games Girls East vs West All-Stars roster 4/2 @ Las Positas College

We will announce more rosters soon. Here is the finalized roster for the 1pm game on April 2nd at Las Positas College. 3 other All-Star Games are scheduled in the largest All Star Event in Northern California. Girls game may have the most talent! Scheduled them early so they can watch women's NCAA Championship on that Sunday.

1pm - Girls HS East vs West All-Stars (class of '17)

2:30pm - Boys HS Central Valley vs South Valley All-Stars (class of '17)

4:15pm - Boys HS Bay Area vs Sac All-Stars (class of '17)

6pm - All NorCal Dunk Contest

6:30pm - Men's Junior College North vs South All-Stars (class of '17)

Thanks coach for your input. We have had the rosters finalized for awhile now. With the loaded 2017 class and only 24 spots it was impossible to include everybody who was worthy. We may have to expand to more games for the girls next year. Either way, we will have a more formal nomination process starting next season, similar to the McDonald's All-American Game. This year we took nominations from college coaches and media contacts we had. As for any consolation we will also be hosting an unsigned senior showcase for boys and girls on May 21st at Las Positas College. More details will be available for that soon on our website. 5 Clovis West players and zero Mitty players? Holland (St. Mary's) Hill (SJ State) Garza (UC Irvine) and Daniella Guglielmo (UC Irvine) would seem to be deserving.

You are correct. We made vigorous repeated efforts to contact all the players you mentioned. Holland was the only one we were able to get a hold of and she was very pleased for the offer but told us she is unavailable on 4/2. The players from the WCAL were actually most of the first that we reached out to. We did not have a database of phone numbers so we used whatever methods we could to contact them, social media etc. Either they did not get the messages, or we weren't taken seriously at that point in time. We tried reaching out via Twitter & Facebook or even to coaches. We messaged Garza twice on Feb 19th, Guglielmo isn't active on TW since '14, and couldn't find a way to contact Hill. This is our first year doing this and are doing the best we can. Next year we will have a nomination period between Sept-Dec and phone numbers will be required to nominate so we won't have any issues contacting nominees. No ill will towards Mitty in any way, as a matter of fact we tried very hard to purchase the rights to live stream the NorCal Championship game but it wasn't available.
