CIF Decision on HS Football in 2020

Is there any word on when the CIF will decide if there will be hs fb in 2020? Does the CIF decide for all California schools or can the individual sections determine if there will be football?

CIF is meeting with all section commissioners and a final decision I believe is to be determined July 20 or around that date. Until then it is wait and see. I have seen some programs that started summer training only to get pulled back and take a hiatus after beginning. D day for all Fall sports will be the 20th. I have heard that most indoor sports are asking officials to purchase electronic whistles for their upcoming season where the officials will be required to wear a mask during the match
