I thought the new format was leading to a more competitive game but the intermissions and long breaks totally messed that up. Players came back from those long intermissions and completely lost interest and then just wanted it to end already. You could tell in their body language after that Shaq/Chuck/Kenny/Ernie tribute. I bet most fans on TV just changed channels and lost interest....i def did.
