The long time public power suffered through an 0-24 campaign last year after qualifying for CCS Open the year before.

But the ultra young Vikings broke their losing streak in just the second game of the new season, topping Leigh 51-45.

Guess there was no one good enough for Mitty to steal this year.

Interesting that all but one of last year's Palo Alto transfers that decimated a very good team ended up at Pinewood and Woodside Priory, in addition to other transfers that landed at Pinewood and Woodside Priory. But yeah, Mitty's "stealing" players.

I don't think anyone will find it surprising that athletes want to transfer to Pinewood, but why did so many transfers land at Woodside Priory? Looking at the CIF state and CCS playoff history websites, Woodside was sitting mostly in the D5 brackets until fairly recently.
