He's a special athlete. Tried to will them to victory many times, but all the pieces aren't there.
With his speed , physicality, and size it looks like stock will continue to rise.
Can’t explain it other than the area football seems to be discounted by recruiters. Scooby Wright a two star recruit had 1 Power 5 offer. He would go on to be a unanimous college All American, Nagurski, Lombardi and Bednarik award winner.
Look at Jackson Pavitt from newman. Had to put up record breaking numbers and win a state champ to get Cal Poly offer. He’s a D1 QB. Jordan Brookshire from newman goes to win state jc champ at laney and gets him SDSU offer. Tsion Nunally from newman plays in SFL and he would have multiple pac12 offers. But the player of year in NorCal Justin Lamson who has all physical tools to be a big time d1 QB has only 1 offer from Idaho at this point. Makes no sense. But eventually kids seem to land in right spot. Just have to keep grinding. Nobody though Ian Book would do what he’s done at ND. (Except him)
Funny I was just talking about Tsion Nunnally (newman) the other day and he just received first power 5 offer from wash state. Great to see and I’m sure more to come.
Yes he’s a just a jumbo athlete I think he be a scary LB or hybrid safety
