The SJS has been sanctioned for undue influence in its pursuit of a then eighth grade baseball player, who was a freshman for the 2015 season.

Sanctions handed down to the program were forfeiting all wins from the 2015 season and being ruled ineligible for the 2016 playoffs. Also, the Crusaders will lose two games this year and in the 2017 season.

The name of the player in question wasn't specified by the section.

ModC was sanctioned vs. SJS....correct?
"Undue influence" can be so liberally and subjectively applied it's laughable. There are some powerhouses in the NCS where the rule about contact prior to enrolling could've been applied many times. But for reasons unknown has not.
