Rocklin won easily over GB.
Folsom took care of whitney.

Rocklin beats Whitney Friday and they win league which I expect them to do but Whitney upset DO last week so who the heck knows. SFL has been pretty bad this year.

Bad. Didn’t someone once say all the athletes moved to Sacramento. Don’t recall who said that. Guess the good hoop players hit the brakes on the 80 and made a UTurn

It’s hasn’t been a great basketball league in general. Folsom is the big program usually and they are ok this year but very young. They could be very good the next 2-3 years if they keep everyone and they develop. Rocklin kind of fooled the casual fan and media this year because of their record but if your watch them play you know they are solid at best regionally.

Agree with Vukovich. Its never been a powerhouse hoop league either. Its a great football and baseball league that can compete with damn near everybody in CA. Folsom might not have a senior this year so if they can mix in a big kid next year with toughness and keep the core group of soph/jr they will be very good in 2025. Arguably you have 1 or 2 D1 players in the entire league right now. The big kid from Rocklin who is a low prospect (big sky or below) and Chase Rawlings at Folsom who has a higher ceiling. Thats it an its not like you have a lot of D2 guys after that.
