SF looks scary good on D & very solid on O with 2 very physical RB's - St. Francis looks like a load for any team I've seen so far [not incl DLS, LOL!].
Mitt-Paly score posts bery surprising to say the least - finally sounds like Mitty pulling away.
Sounds like Bells pounding Aptos and ending it early.
OK, look out Bells & Serra for SF as they looked very good & sat on ball end of 4th rather than take in for another score which would have made it 27-0 over a highly rated Atascadero team. SF is good on both O & D and this win is better than first 2 over a quality opponent.
SF seems to be getting better with each game which is what reallt good teams do. The WCAL is strong thei year & so is St. Francis.
NorCal - is Milpitas throwing at all? or simply able to run on VC's daunted D? Milpitas had not shown the ability to pass in first 2 games so let us know how they got into the end zone...
Sounds like VC is reliving the nightmare of last years game to a weaker Milpitas team. Did the coaches miss something watching the tapes? Not wanting to sound too negative, but VC has under-achieved the last several season's & each time having an arsenal of quality athletes. If VC going into this game is again beaten by a Milpitas team that lost by 47-22 to Antioch then VC apparently has been over-estimated once again by the masses for a 3rd year in a row... Hopefully VC will prove me wrong with a quarter to go..
VC has been prone to mistakes the last few years. If they play mistake free they are very tough. Loss of Johnson is an impact player that can change games, but they have lots of athletes that need to step up. Milpitas is a good team. Antioch was their first game and Antioch is a very good team that played one before and has one of the top players in the nation. Milpitas should run the table in the Deanza.
