Stan Buchanan passes

He was a starting forward (6-3 or so) on the 1954-55 one-loss USF national title team. A graduate of St. Ignatius, he later coached at SI and in Marin County. He was 91.

Along with Buchanan, the USF starting five that season included: Bill Russell, Jerry Mullen, K.C. Jones and Hal Perry. All five starters have died.
