At the same age, yes he has a higher pedigree than Joe did. If my memory is right, Joe was starting to come on nationally as a sophomore and really broke out as a junior.

How it will play out over the next two years is interesting for sure.

Could throw Badger into the conversation too. His sophomore year and profile were similar to Franklin's

After watching Folsom the last two weeks, I think Badger is better than Ngata too.

I would take Franklin over the two.

I would rank them as follows. I think all three are Top 100 type prospects:

1. Ngata
2. Franklin
3. Badger

Franklin is the #1 WR Soph recruit in the entire state, hence as a Senior should be better than Ngata and Badger. All are Special.

I see Reggie Bush in Franklin. The kid is just as good as a RB as he is a WR.
