Unfortunately I think you are right.....it seems like right now...you have at the very top (MD, SJB, maybe Servite and Cent) and then the next tier (Folsom, DLS, SF, Serra) and everyone else just so far below it makes it tough for teams to compete...that is why teams like Oakdale, Colfax, Bear River, Placer, etc. still make hs football enjoyable because of community support and more even playing field with their competitors

Nice performance thus far for Rocklin in first game with new QB.
I hereby rescind my "Wow!". While a solid effort by the SHC Irish against SF the play calling by the coaching staff has been a bit questionable. Down 2 scores in 4th on offense Irish have QB running to sideline to get play and instructions from OC & delay of game penalty for 5-yards when the clock is running [?].
While the game appears to have been close to 4th and SHC has some real talent it appears that SF has more depth, possibly a more experienced coaching staff in play calling and that depth now wearing down the Irish late in the game. Good effort Irish!

Great game. Menlo has crazy team speed but OR did a nice job of controlling line on run game. A few big plays by Menlo stufs
St Frances MD wins 42-28, and not that close. Watching on TV, post game handshakes between the two teams looked kinda chippy
