Serra-VC game somewhat a mystery with no scoreboard or announcing, but appears VC creeping back in slowly in 4th from 28-0 Serra to now I believe 28-14 Serra. The 2 challenges I mentioned pre-game were for Serra to contain VC's QB Jakson Berman [league sprint champ] and Div I recruit VC WR Jurrion Dickey & Serra has struggled mightily on both of these challenges with both Berman & Dickey having big nights against the Padres...

when I coached high school basketball our kids were not allowed to post on NorCal preps but they sure read all the crap talk. I guarantee both Rocklin and De La Salle know everything that Patsy has posted. It’s motivating when someone says new sheriff in town and why no thread about De La Salle getting blasted on National TV. Guarantee DLS saw all of it, and Rocklin followed suit. Congrats to Rocklin, huge win for them.

From what I was able to watch of Rocklin tonight, (The Broadcast on NHFS was Awful), they very much look like SF with their style of play and would be a great Matchup for DLS!!…. Very Impressive!!

Look, We all know pasty in off his rocker. That stated, please don’t try to tell us how DLS or Rocklin played last night had anything to do with these players ‘motivation’ because of a single troll on a high school website. Rocklin had plenty motivation from years of beatings in the SFL, and DLS wanted to show everyone they weren’t quite finished as the Nor Cal Big Dog, despite their loss to SF.
There is plenty of talk amongst players, no chance a loose-lipped whiner on a message board was the cause for an single ounce of concern for these kids. Bigger question, whose left out of the NorCal open game if DLS, SF and Rocklin win out? I’ve got to think the Thunder are.

I would like to see Rocklin go D1 bowl game route. Yeah I know it’s not that big dance but at that level I think they can win a state game from what I saw last night. Not far away from an open team. If starting QB didn’t get hurt this changes my opinion.
Rocklin won’t have the SOS that Serra, SF, DLS has.
Hello TR how are you my friend?Nice to see the regs are still sharing their expert thoughts and opinions,my Placer Hillmen are having a little rough go this yr starting 0-5 vs pretty decent competition thank god the Menlo Atherton and Salinas games got cancelled.They were rescheduled vs Antelope and PG from Chico both decent teams as well,they now stand 2-5 having won last 2 league games vs NU and Rio Linda and they need to win last 2 vs Oakmont and then at Ponderosa....do that and they go into D4 and should do well especially with their SOS in D4 it’s #2 behind Lincoln,I don’t know why they are ranked #1 in D4 when they play in D2 playoffs and are this yr in 1st place in the FVL..Placer needs to win and they’re in,its as simple as that.We’ll talk soon my friend........very nice seeing many of the regulars still here supporting their teams and voicing their opinions,predictions,facts,comparison...I enjoy every bit of it thank you all and ty you TR! Well it's obvious.......who else has a blue football field brush painted on their driveway straight back to the garage door which is framed with a set of regulation goal posts and triggers an ear shattering version of the school fight song everytime his car enters/exits the garage.
......or a giant bulldog head painted at the front door of his doublewide that expels rally smoke out of it's nostrils everytime he passes thru the door ?
We’re trying to achieve those 4 win requirements by CIF to get in need D4 after starting 0-5,lol,the kids are hard workers and battle every game,their SOS is very good and has them at #2 in D4 should they win next 2 games.They should get by Oakmont at home and then travel to Ponderosa for final,win those and they’re in and they should do well in D4....don’t sleep on them....they lost first 4 by 31 pts a TD really,Lincoln only team to beat them 28-0 but they were a little dinged up but looks like they are regrouping at right time....we’ll see,class is over!

Hello everyone,I would like to first give a huge shout out to Streak and to all of you regs i’ve had the privilege of meeting not only here but in person away from our boards.I look forward to once again hear your thoughts,opinions,playful banter and the in depth research you all do on teams that I don’t,lol,but definitely rely upon......i’ve been away for awhile with work,a couple rotator cuff surgeries,more time with family our kids and 2 new granddaughters and a grandson who Laurie and I have been blessed to have with us since he was 1 and now is 12....everyone is scattered throughout America which makes it difficult to visit all of them but we try......it’s good to be back look forward to saying hello..........how are you MsStark,I see ya!
