I expected the game to be over by half if not sooner, which is why I chose not to attend.
Serra 21-0 over St. Ignatius end of 1rst quarter and looks earily of VC game last week where Serra jumped out early looking terrific before lapsing into a coma in the 2nd 1/2 and barely holding on for the win 28-21.
This has been the Padre's M.O. & will be interesting to see how rest of game goes as not a bad S.I. squad by any means. The Wildcats to their credit are starting to chip away at Padres with their short passing game as some pretty good WR"s with good hands [ie: possession type WR's].

St. Ignatius uses trick play to score just before 1/2 time and make it interesting at 24-13 Serra.
