Who are the top Bay area and Sacramento Teams in Boys and Girls Lacrosse in 2023?

I see Oak Ridge Girls knocked off Cal High and Carondelet easily on the road a week ago. I imagine they will be the top Sacramento girls team. Who are the bay area teams expected to make noise on the girls side?

Boys side . . .Vista Del Lago in Sac area and DLS and SI in the bay? Others will contend?
