I know Oak Ridge is always a top team in girls lacrosse in Sacramento. Who else?
Who are the top teams in the bay and Sac area on the boys side?
Any big time prospects looking to play at the top schools?

College Park is absolutely loaded this year on both sides. Look for them to roll

Redwood - Larkspur for both the boys and girls side.
Marin Catholic for girls with an emerging boys team.
St. Ignatius - SF boys.

Prep-Atherton are the top teams out of the CCS and often have a State and National ranking.
