YV takes Salesian to the wire

YV takes Salesian to the wire. Salesian’s full court press is still the best in nor cal. The intense defense and bang on the glass was just a bit much for yv. Make no mistake about it YV can play. 1 on 1 pull up game by Kellog, gritty #4 and the freshmen for yv. Whom has a high future ceiling! Move YV up in the Bay Area rankings. For now move Riordan to 1 and DLS to 2 with Salesian 3. For now ! May everyone stay healthy cause this 3 team battle is going to get really good.

YV brought their A game and played well. YV's style of play makes them tough. Salesian defense was just too much for YV in the end. Salesian went 10 or 11 players deep and kept up the defensive intensity with fresh players. DLS is playing good with Alec Blair starting the season strong. Riordan has yet to play a game. Riordan lost Zion, Jordy, and a couple of other seniors to graduation, and they were not able to keep TT, so the very talented returnees are going to need to step up to get pass Salesian and DLS.
