Damn, PG got pounded. I know that not having Zack Miller really affected their chances of winning, but I didn't think the drop off would be that bad.

Millers not being able to play took away P.G's ability to defend at the rim- and Menlo certainly took advantage of that. In addition, Pacific Groves inability to convert buckets at point blank range throughout the first half put them in a no win position. Pacific Grove's overall shooting percentage had to be below 10% for the game- not good enough to beat anybody. Tip your hat to Menlo- they did what they needed to do to secure an easy win.

HMB moves on to play MENLO for the title! sounds familiar doesn't it ?

Menlo wins an ugly game, over HMB in OT by 2. Driving layup with under 10 seconds by number 1 for Menlo and after the basketno time out called by HMB and they got a desperation 3 at the buzzer that missed badly. You could tell both teams were feeling the pressure of the game.
