Yeah, this G61 guy is all booty buddy with Folsom for some odd reason. They don't schedule good teams. CV is not a top tier team. They're the division 2 equivalent of Folsom. Won't schedule big names and stay in their respective division to avoid the green machine. Also, both of these schools have a fascination with field color..... CV is Black for some dumbass reason and Folsom Blue.
As it stands now - DLS will be slated as Open-CIF meaning they will go straight to State and bypass Regional playoffs. Folsom will likely be put into DI-AA to play CCS' Bellarmine or CS' Clovis. The SOS suggests Folsom vs Bellarmine. But its early in the season for such predictions.
No need to waste your time trying to figure out this G61 clown, when you use facts he just thinks everyone hates Folsom. Just a youth coach \ dad who thinks he understands the game, he should be watching film to beat the Jr. Thundering Herd instead of annoying everyone else.
I may just be old, but, I stopped paying attention to anyone who uses the words us, we or our when referring to a team. Unless you're a coach or strapping pads on, its not your team, you're a fan and should act like it.

Is this G guy serious? Folsom got their ass kicked two years in a row by DLS. Don't be jealous you guys couldn't even put up 30 against "the fourth best team in your division" we'd gladly come beat that ass again if your coach wants to schedule us. (Player btw)

G61, it looks very nice from your picture, but I have never seen the field in person. I lived in Folsom from '94 to 2000, not too far from the campus, have driven by it hundreds of times, and saw the school being built as I drove by.
I am happy that Folsom is doing well, and am impressed their success is not a 1 or 2 year thing. Obviously there is good coaching and the players are listening and buying into the program. Good for them.

Driving distance from Folsom HS to Granite Bay HS....11.2 miles or 22 minutes
Driving distance from DLS HS to GB HS....91.1 miles or 1 hr 29 minutes
Clearly the DLS team had more travel time to think about the game prior to walking out on the field.....
Redzone90, DLS is a private school with private school money. Are you going to pay for Folsom to travel to Texas to play? If you look closer at the teams who travel OOS, 90+% are catholics. It costs lots of money just to appease guys like you that don't even matter to the school.
G61 continues to make me laugh. Why does he always say that DLS ducked Folsom last year. Is was the SJS and CIF that decided that DLS and Folsom would not face each other a third time in the play in game for the State Open Game. Me thinks the co-coaches of Folsom lobbied behind the scenes so they would avoid the embarrassment of having to play DLS again and lose by 4-6 td's.

We had 7. And they didn't pay a dime for high school. Essentially they got a high school AND college education for free. Essentially we win

The true story we should be concerned about is how DLS is willing to drive 91 miles to play 10 miles from Folsom, yet play another team that is not Folsom. I guess settling for a 4th place league team is "agressive scheduling."37-0 vs. 27-14. It is the true story. Step up like a man and own it.
