Big shakeup at the small school level as Phil Grams has resigned at Capital Christian to become the running backs coach at Lawrence University in Wisconsin. Grams did a wonderful job at CC and his move leaves up a pretty nice job in the Sacramento area.

Joe Davidson of the Sac Bee was the first to report the news.

Should be a great opportunity for some up and coming high school coach. I'm looking forward to seeing how things work out at Arroyo for Matt Hoefs. Matt is a good coach and will have his work cut out for him turning that program around.

From sunny California to brisk Lawrence University! Lawrence can be downright cold (below 30 5 months out of the year!). Mark Speckman, originator of the fly offense that GB runs, is listed as OC. The fly will be up and running at LU, hopefully it's not too cold for those fly backs!
