Jade Smith coming into his own at Pepperdine

As a Stuart hall fan I’ll always remember a game a couple of years ago. When Jade Smith was a Sophomore at SJND. Triple overtime game and this kid took over and won the game for his team to comeback.

Jade committed to Pepperdine and struggled to get PT last year, but now he’s getting solid minutes as a sophomore averaging close to 10 pts a game 6 reb and 2 assts.

Happy to see a kid from the Bay Area having a lot of success. Jade was one of the best players SJND ever had and I’m sure even Kiddman32 will agree with me on that one!

Yup, Jade was a stud... but don't forget Temidayo Yussuf... Doing 12 pts and 5.7 rebs for Long Beach State this year as an injury-redshirt senior, was the starting center and leading scorer for the Pilots that season, his senior year for the Pilots.
