Maybe I'm miserable. And yes, almost anyone could play at a JC. That's why it's called community college: because it's open to people in the community and free to participate, regardless of age. Now, making the team is another thing. Sorry if I confused you with that. i can see where I messed up. My problem is that these so-called AAU programs are pushing hype. I understand that not all clubs are Cal Stars, Cagers, JKidd, etc but don't claim to be. A lot of these clubs promise the moon and deliver very minimal compared to what they charge. That's what's bothering me. Clubs selling wolf tickets...

I get it. Since you phrased it that way I get the point. I myself am all for kids working hard and being proud of their results whatever that may be but I'm not a fan of the AAU lies and misleading kids. I get it. Thanks for the clarification.
