Great note from the announcers. Centennial starting off the line to not allow DLS linemen to get on them right away.
Didn't help much on that drive as Custer scores his first touchdown. Good hustle from Anderson trying to get out for a block.

They should never have lost that game to Gorman, that was a miracle the Gaels came back. Mater Dei just stymied them first game of the season with a good defense. If MD had a better offense they would be in this game right now.

We are watching some of the fastest HS football I think I've ever seen. Defense for either side is having a hard time keeping up with the speed of options of the other team. Amazing.... If you saw Folsom, you will notice they were operating a little slower than these two teams. I'm not saying Folsom couldn't be this fast but of the three game I saw they weren't nor did they need to be so fast.

This is a great sequence for DLS. Get a 3 and out, go on a time consuming drive and get a score as the first half winds down. They have a first and goal and Custer scores from 5 yards out.

Very productive, but is likely a FCS guy, doesn't have the same speed of previous backers.

I see a similar forecast, but still puts him as one of the top backers in NorCal for the senior class, Seems to get lost in the shuffle

What a game. I think DLS has made more adjustments and will get some more stops in the 2nd half. I'm not sure CC can stop the run. Its a field day for the Spartans. CC will have to get a turnover or 2 to win this IMO.
