Sheldon Softball Team forfeits 8 games?

Does anyone have the info what happened? Just looked up their W-L records and noticed 8 games have FF listed. The other question I have is, do the stats from those games get zeroed out and not count or do they remain and count on the team and individual stats for the season?

Just saw this on Twitter by Pete Dufour@Pete24Dufour.No.2 sacBee Sheldon Huskies softball self-reports administrative misstep involving the transfer of a student athlete. Penalty is the forfeit of several of its wins, and the transfer player sits out a month. Huskies go from 9-2 to 3-8.

I still want to know if the stats from those forfeited games will be used for team and individual stats for the season?
