Whatever happened to a kid with the last name Ammanum?(sp). Great HS player, can't remember which school, but I think he was league player of the year and went on to play at Stanford, but hadn't heard anything about him since.

He earned the 2013 Rose Bowl DefensIve MVP and is in a Stanford Ph.D. program, as of two years ago.

I would add that he completed his Ph.D. and is now Dr. Amanam.

He was a fun kid to watch in high school. Single handed would take over games. Was always undersized for pro-opportunity, but one of the all-time great HS players to play in WCAL/CCS.

Don't know the kid (couldn't pick him out of a police line up of 2) but I remember him.
