Congrats. to WHS girls varsity soccer posting a 2-0 win against Newark. Great job by Huskie goalie Rebecca Oliphant who recorded her first complete game shut-out. Maybe thier record would be better if she had played more complete games. Keep up the good work.

congrats to the huskies. this year's huskies team has been a victim of a coach playing favorites with a child that is not as qualified as their lead goalie just because that child played summer club with the goalie coach. this has definatley hurt the huskies. so finally, maybe the coach has wised up and now will keep with last years all league player instead of an inexperienced lesser qualified player. good job becky. keep up the good work.

If that is really happening at Husky land, then that coach should be immediately terminated...there is no room for self promotion. Self promotion exists where club coaches will keep and play players of lesser abilities just because those players pay their fees to play with them in the off seasons.
