Did you see my post on the OR game? LJ Daniels walked off the court and quit. He's a big-time player and a huge loss for them.Legend what happened to your guys last night? Loss to rocklin is pretty shocking.

Folsom 75 OR 55. Too many weapons for Folsom as they continue to roll thru a down SFL. Although something interesting happened in this one. I believe it was LJ Bridges but if not I apologize. He threw jersey off in 2nd half during game and literally walked out of the gym after exchanging words with Wall. Gotta love HS sports today.
Rocklin 77 Whitney 64 Rocklin remains in 3rd place.
Jesuit over Davis by 20+ - Jesuit remains 1 game behind Folsom
GB with OT win over DO.
The shift is here...folks recognize the magic and consistency of DPH gridironI'm with you! The marketing and exposure make a huge difference! I just find it weird that kids would rather sit on the bench at Folsom than play at Oak Ridge where they can continue their development and still receive scholarship consideration. Especially since you'll probably face Folsom twice in the season. You won't get recruited if you're not on the field! (At least most won't) Lol
I agree that you can't teach a player to be 6'7 255 with mobility. But QB's, lineman, rb, and others can still develop at a reputable program such as Oak Ridge. They've went to the section finals the last few seasons and it appears that several players who were sitting at the sidelines at Folsom could have been key contributors at Oak Ridge. I guess the kids don't see it that way. I understand going to Folsom and playing but not sitting on the sidelines.
He seems to be a young 72-year-old given he has a 24-year-old girlfriend and probably has the energy to coach a few years. 😂😂😂Agree, but you have to wonder how much longer is Belichek going to coach. I’m sure that the recruiting grind is going to take its toll on a man his age at some point, though the Belichek name is worth tons on the recruiting trail
I'm guessing we couldn't see whatever was ejection-worthy.Correct, that is what I am referring to. Guys got tangled up, SR guy kind pushed DV guy a little extra, DV teammate came and gave that guy a shove and there was some exchanging of words but I didn't see any punches thrown or anything.
Serra's healthy, save for Cannon. Shot 5-15 at the line in the second half and St. Francis has turned a corner.Didn't have Serra losing on my bingo card last night. Are there still some Padres out with injury?
SHC @ home is Mitty's kryptonite. Nice win by the Irish.
SI in a trap game as they may have overlooked the Bells in anticipation to Tuesday night's game hosting Riordan.
Just another night in the WCAL.
IMO a team should only be able to DROP 1 level..period.I am not sure that I agree with limiting D1s dropping. Many D3s (Eureka, Arcata, San Marin, Campo, Pinole Valley) are moving up to D1/D2 so everyone will be moving up/down, so there needs to be some balance.
I will disagree - with sports at all levels increasing the number of teams participating - high school is not the place to start to limit that - for many players, this may be the only time they may be able to participate in a game as fun/rewarding as an NCS playoff game. One extra game per level is fine IMOAs well as, cut the number of teams that qualify per-division to 8, currently 16 per division qualify. The the total number of schools who qualify represents over 65% of all NCS schools. Why try so hard to build equity in post season brackets, with way to many teams and rules. The process seems like it can be simpler and more transparent.
First; cut the number of teams who qualify to 8.
Second: Open - 6 teams, D1 through D6 - 8 teams per division
Third; Top 6 teams - Open , take 1 through 48 and seed top to bottom (use MaxPreps rankings to start and adjust where it makes sense) break each division at 8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48.
I am not sure that I agree with limiting D1s dropping. Many D3s (Eureka, Arcata, San Marin, Campo, Pinole Valley) are moving up to D1/D2 so everyone will be moving up/down, so there needs to be some balance. From Campo coach Doug Cardoni: Allow teams to move up two divisions, but only down one.
I like that because right now, D3 is in the worst possible spot, but only letting D1 schools drop to D2 would make that a little more fair.
And I still wonder how they will distribute byes. If there are six byes, it would seem each bracket should be 15 so all top seeds get a bye.
