No. It's not illegal. There has been various refs all 3rd parties that have no affiliation with DLS not calling it. 45-17

I didn't see or hear one LBP coach or fan complain about DLS starts. I only heard one person, and that was G61 after he found out he was wrong about his LBP>DLS prediction.

Watch a game, tell me how many defenders stand still before the ball is snapped.
Let me clarify. Move forward. As in a rolling start. They CANNOT MAKE A MOTION FORWARD TOWARDS THE LINE UNTIL THE BALL IS SNAPPED.
