DLS - Poly Streaming

This would actually be a fun post. Ranking the best teams from the last decade. That Bellarmine team was very good. Too bad they didn't have regional games back then.

Folsom's 2014 team was their best ever. Period.

SEVEN D1 scholarships from ONE TEAM and multiple other college level players.

I would have to add to that list the 2008 Bellarmine team. They were a better team( possibly the best Bells team ever) and had more talent than the 2011 team that took DLS into double OT.

Yet another great team. 2008 was another pretty good year for NorCal. The Bells and Grant were pretty damn good and likely would have been a handful for DLS. Granite Bay had one of their better teams that season, but had to play Grant in the 1st round and gave them the closest game they played all season (score wise). They lost by 3 and easily could have won it. As we all know, that Grant team went on to beat the PAC-5 champ in the Open.

I think any of those three could have won State that season. Just so happens that Grant did.

Regarding the Bells 2011 team, the one thing they had in their favor was Travis McHugh. That kid was a beast.

I know that kid thinks about that extra point at least once a week and will for the rest of his entire life..

I know we are talking about decades, but I remember watching that 1992 St Francis team dominate. R.J. Hackett was Mike Vick before there was one. They also had a LB Nick Watts who was a beast and they went 13-0. It would have been nice to see that team in a regional type of game, because my guess is they would have won a state championship.

Plays CV, beats them by 1. Claims they're a national powerhouse.

The person you are arguing with is an internet troll lacking any real insight, no doubt, but be real. CVC was in a SBG last season and looks to be pretty damn good this season. Not too terribly long ago DLS struggled to beat Bellarmine (via a missed XP) and Serra. Neither of those programs are National powerhouses. There's no evidence that CVC isn't at least at or near the level of those 2 teams. Knocking Folsom for a close game against them is fairly ridiculous.

Also, DLS isn't the only program that gets better as the season rolls on. That's always the excuse when they struggle with a team early in the season. Can't have it both ways. Folsom played that game in week 0 and the same excuse could be applied to them. I'm by no means a Folsom apologist and am already on record stating that I believe them to be overrated this year. That said, I do believe in being fair.

I would be more concerned with your level of concern for your local neighbor.

Seems like somebody is scared....And WE beat that team. Playa ;)

Fun fact: Clayton has 9 total offensive plays in their playbook.

It's not how may plays you have in the playbook, it's how well you execute them. If you actually played at DLS, you should understand that as well as anyone.

CVC obviously runs those plays awfully well, judging by their recent success. Kudos to them.

Ask Cam Newton how many plays Auburn had in their playbook when they won their national title. It was less than 9 ;)

Also, I have seen your team play. I don't see much variety there either. Ouch :)
