EBAL playoffs start Monday, 10 teams involved.

EBAL Schedule and Playoffs
As I understand it, if the favorites win in the final rivalry games on Friday and it’s a 3-way tie for first, Dougherty would be the top seed based on the predetermined tiebreaker as those 3 teams each split their games with each other. DLS & SRV would then be the 2&3 seeds (not sure which?). Cal is locked into the 4, Dublin the 5, & MV the 6. The final 4 would be AV, Granada, Foothill & then Livermore. Should any upsets take place, 1-3 and 7-10 could change.

De La Salle 7-1
Dougherty Valley 7-1
San Ramon Valley 7-1
California 6-2
Dublin 5-3
Monte Vista 4-4

EBAL tournament will go a long way in seeding the NCS playoffs. A lot of different ways you can order these teams

As of today, MaxPreps still has DLS as the top ranked team in NCS heading into the EBAL tourney. Top 6 after the tourney presumably will be in the NCS Open.

1 DLS
2 SRV
3 Salesian
4 Dublin
5 DV
6 Liberty

7 Cal
8 Redwood
9 Moreau
10 CN

That’s why Max preps is a joke. It places to much on wins and losses. With minimal regard to who you play. You can play a bunch of cupcakes and have a good win-loss and you will be ranked ahead of teams that beat you. Case in point in SJS . Lincoln is #1 with 2 losses to League champ MC at #4. Sheldon @7 beat #5 MT by 16 and #6 Franklin by 14 and 38 at Franklin.

Salesian should be #1 since they beat SRV on a neutral court.

Maybe, but that game could of gone either way….costly technical and turnover late in game by SRV and great finish by Salesian at buzzer, but strength of schedule and if SRV wins out in EBAL playoffs should give them #1 seed.

It states right at the top that it was last updated on 2/7, and it has the teams’ updated records after last night. That doesn’t mean they have updated the calculations, but it seems like it.

Yes, updated 2/7 prior to evening games…,records reflect it.
