I’m getting my first look at Serra’s stadium…. Very nice, and VERY sunny!

Almost certainly the top 2 teams in NorCal facing off!

Interesting rushing TD via Wing-T. St. Mary’s like to use this same play/formation to score inside the 5 and on 2-pt conversions. Maybe it’s premature, but this game is leaving no doubt that Serra is indeed NorCal’s top dog and slated for the Open . DLS may have something to say, but IMHO, Serra is better than Orange Lutheran and should not have a problem beating DLS next week.

Folsom is good (not great and not as good as prior years teams), but IMHO, I can picture another SFL team (Oak Ridge, Del Oro, Rocklin) taking league. Then again, Serra, who is playing really well, is just “way better” and making Folsom look just “good” (not great). In other words, I am very impressed with Serra, not so much with Folsom. Just my opinion. No disrespect to Folsom, just major kudos to Serra.
