Full practice began this week started by the Northern Section and followed by CCS this week. NCS and SJS start on Monday.

Last season, we were lucky enough to get no rain, this week has cooled off and maybe with a little luck, the teams won't roast on the practice field before the preseason begins.

With the advent of NorCal and state playoffs, it is ridiculous that there isn't some standard for starting full practice that all sections would adhere to.

Basketball is even more off than football. The Federation makes it tough to achieve unity across sections.

In the Southern Section, teams can take there 3 week dead period whenever they want
