Pretty sure the 7pm kickoff this Friday is to accomodate BAOSN.tv. I'm not gaslighting nor lying, just providing game info.
well then how about wait until you can actually FACTUALLY confirm things instead of just saying your "pretty sure" then providing false info and then "correcting" yourself after the fact and making excused for why you misinformed everyone.

I don't know, you said the same about SM vs DLS. What I saw watching the DLS vs SM game is that DLS is definitely very good at the run, so they will have success on the ground game. I think they definitely put up points. However, I think SM exposed some weaknesses on DLS defense. They were able to have a lot of success passing. Granted I know the SM WR's are elite, but the QB is pretty new and still figuring things yet still had a big game. I think with the more seasoned Qb at Pitt, they could score with DLS. Would be a close game and I can see DLS eeking out a win but also wouldn't be surprised with a single digit Pitt upset.
the difference between saint marys stockton and pitt is that saint marys stockton has vastly superior line play to pitt. pitt's o-line is extremely shaky, and that coupled with the fact that there qb is only about 5'8 and is an average athlete makes it so a team with a good d line can completely newtralyze there passing game (there qb is experienced is tough as nails and an absolute gamer but those physical limitations still exist). saint marys was able to do things to dls that pitt has been only dreaming about for 30 years.

for the same reason i also think saint marys stockton would beat pitt relatively easily if they were to play right now by the way.

Rocklin @ Folsom

I would say their formula works. They are always a run first team. I do believe that they can pass tho. Their scheme is play action to set up shot plays. They have one league loss to to a team other than Folsom (Del Oro) in the last 4 seasons. That’s pretty darn impressive. I can’t remember the last time oak ridge beat them. Was probably during the benzel era.

if the game was played this week de la salle would win 42-14. pitt o line is too inconsistent and blows too many assignments they won’t be able to sustain drives.

So a free college education isn't enough?
no it isn't. because they provide value to the athletic department that is much much greater in terms of dollars than the price of tuition, board, and per diem. they deserve to be paid a fair percentage of the revenue they generate for the school's athletic department. if that is greater than the price of tuition, room and board, they deserve the extra compensation.

especially in cases like these. remember this qb only has a couple years of college to cash out as much as he can, as he is not going to be in the nfl.

imagine your on your job and get your company a $10 million business deal. the deal closes and you ask for a $100,000 bonus as a reward for getting the company $10 million.

company says "we already pay your mortgage isn't that enough?"

you would leave that job immediately.

Rocklin @ Folsom

On the other side of the coin, they went 33-48 for 534 yards, 6 TD's, 0 INT's in their other three games combined.

They fell behind quickly and HAD to pass to try and keep up against Folsom, and the Bulldogs D-line was teeing off, giving Rocklin's QB almost no time in the pocket.

I think it's more fair to say that Rocklin isn't too hot at passing against high-quality teams when behind on the scoreboard, but "Rocklin can't pass" is an overreach.
thats how the discussion started. i said rocklin is a good team but the one thing that always holds them back is an inability to pass the ball when they play the teams they need to beat. then dude went off the deep end and tried to gaslight everyone into thinking rocklin is some elite passing team.

can they pass while beating up on teams like lincoln stockton? yes but then again who can't?

does their lack of passing rear its head when they play folsom and then once a year when they lose a tough game in league to the oak ridges and del oros (not this year though as they are down) of the world? it sure does. every time like clock work.

and this year is no different as evidenced by the facts, data and statistics.

i'm just trying to get my well deserved apology and correction.

Until they go to a true employee/employer relationship its going to be a lot of this unfortunately. I can guarnateed you this won't be the first case.
nor should it be. kids need to capitalize on their one big opportunity for nil and get as much as they can. remember college football is where the road ends for almost all these kids, especially the qb's.
