Nice little tourney going on at a great facility. Round 1 had Los Gatos take down Palma by 17 I think then ST Mary's beat HMB by 3 then it was EL Camino from Sac area vs Robert Lewis Stevenson I didn't see the out come. More games though out the reminder of this week.

HMB beats Palma 55-53 to avenge a 20pt loss to them a week ago. D4 CCS is heating up !!!

How good is Los Gatos?

I would say they are a possible CCS Open team. I would say this year, top 4-5 WCAL teams, along with Palo Alto, Sequoia, Los Gatos, Palma, Menlo-Atherton are all early CCS Open candidates. The problem is that only 3 teams from any enrollment division can be selected and MA, Bellarmine, Los Gatos, Sequoia and Palo Alto are all Div. 1.

Palma lost to Los Gatos by 11 ....66-55. Never could catch up after being down 30-19 at half. HMB avenged earlier 20pt loss to Palma by winning by 2. Palma's Boyeau had 28 points.

Los Gatos is good.

Down 14 w/2 minutes to go Saratoga mounts an unbelievable comeback to beat El Camino (Sacramento) 73-72 to advance to the championship game vs St. Mary's (Stockton) who beat Los Gatos 67-35 in the other semifinal game.
