There were only five total hits, but Dougherty Valley ended up victorious to even its EBAL record at 1-1. In Dougherty Valley’s four wins, it has given up one run.

I heard Coach Nichols focuses on all of the little things and takes the season one game at a time! They don't overlook anybody!

Beautiful campus there at DV too, great place to catch a game. Nice foundation in place and some strong players coming up!

It'll be interesting how the new San Ramon city limits rivalry develops. Before this year, DoV was not full in its first 10 years, Cal 'hood kids having to go to the new school. Now with former NCS two time football champ Dave Kravitz as Principal, look to DoV eclipsing Cal High, in many sports. Nichols is rather indicative of the marquis hires on the horizon. Cal better up its game.
