NCS craps out again by placing CVC on open…. They got in over University Dublin O’Dowd… a complete swing and miss Zero quality wins, 13 pts loss to Cap Christian, Campo down this year in comparison, league not good

Only thing is now University wins D3, let’s say win each game by 10+ points.

There is a chance they could get placed in the CIF Open.

As opposed to if they got placed in NCS Open, they aren’t beating Salesian or Branson, so best they could have done would have been D1 in CIF.
